Notification concerning change of directors

Kudan Inc. (henceforth in this document as "Kudan") is pleased to announce that it has resolved at its Board of Directors meeting held on June 6th, 2022 to submit proposals to be discussed regarding change of directors at the 8th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 24th, 2022.

Kohei Nakayama, currently Vice President and CFO, will continuously make efforts to increase corporate value of the entire Kudan group as Director and CFO of Kudan.
