KUKBO Logistics Co.,Ltd (KOSE:A001140) agreed to acquire 14.05% stake in Heung-A Shipping Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A003280) from Fairmont Partners Limited and other shareholder for KRW 11.2 billion on November 15, 2019. Out of total consideration, KRW 700 million was paid at the date of conclusion of the contract and the balance amount will be paid on December 24, 2019. The consideration will be paid in cash. KUKBO Logistics will purchase 14 million of Heung-A Shipping. The Bard of Directors of KUKBO Logistics resolved the transaction. The transaction is expected to close on December 24, 2019.
