Kunyue Development Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 101.99 million compared to TWD 2.35 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 22.6 million compared to TWD 52.16 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.14 compared to TWD 0.34 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 1,651.91 million compared to TWD 2.35 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 151.98 million compared to net loss of TWD 115.18 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.97 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.74 a year ago.
Kunyue Development Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the development, sales and leasing of real estates. The Companyâs primary businesses include the construction of residential buildings, commercial buildings, villas, public facilities and others. The Company is also involved in the provision of related maintenance services, including the structural engineering, water engineering, energy-saving projects, emergency power generation, external wall waterproofing, material testing and basement ventilation services. The Company mainly operates through two business segments: properties development business segment and construction business segment. The Company mainly operates its businesses in the central area of Taiwan.
