Kyivenerho AO, formerly Kyivenerho PAT, is a Ukraine-based company, which is engaged in the production, transmission and realization of electric and thermal energy. The Company's activities are divided into two segments: Electricity and thermal energy generation through its own power plants, as well as Distribution of electric and thermal energy to both legal entities and private individuals. It engages in the reconstruction, modernization, repair and installation works for equipment under the Company's management. In addition, its activity includes waste management at own incineration plant Energiya. The Company has numerous subsidiaries, including Energoservice PAT. It operates domestically, in the city of Kyiv.
