Kyoritsu Maintenance Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the six months Ended September 30, 2021. For the quarter, Net Sales were JPY 67,713 million against JPY 56,250 million a year ago. Operating loss was JPY 5,619 million against JPY 4,486 million a year ago. Loss attributable to owners of parent was JPY 4,076 million or JPY 104.55 per share against JPY 7,856 million or JPY 201.49 per share a year ago.

The Dormitory segment is engaged in the operation of student and company dormitories. The Hotel segment is engaged in the operation of business and resort hotels. The Foods segment is engaged in the restaurant business, the food catering business and the hotel restaurant business. The Development segment is engaged in the provision of construction, planning, design and brokerage services for real estate, as well as the condominium business and other development related businesses. The Company is also engaged in the management of homes for the elders, the provision of supporting services for single people, the insurance agency business and other related businesses.
