Suprema HQ Inc. (KOSDAQ:A094840) made an offer to acquire additional 15% stake in Kyungdong City Gas Co., Ltd (KOSE:A267290) for KRW 30.4 billion on February 23, 2018. The tender offer price will be paid in cash. If the total number of shares subject to application is less than the number of shares to be purchased, If the number is exceeded, KyungDong Invest Co., Ltd. will make a pro rata purchase. The tender offer will run from February 23, 2018 to March 14, 2018 with the settling date as March 16, 2018. Mirae Asset Daewoo acted as service management company.
KyungDong Invest Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A012320) completed the acquisition of additional 15% stake in Kyungdong City Gas Co., Ltd (KOSE:A267290) from Kyung Dong Holdings Company Ltd., Kyungho Son, and others on March 14, 2018. Kyung Dong Holdings Company Ltd. and Kyungho Son sold 0.34 million and 0.16 million shares respectively.
KYUNGDONG CITY GAS CO., LTD. is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the city gas supply business. The Company supplies liquefied natural gas (LNG) to industrial and civil customers in Ulsan metropolitan city and Ansan city. It also provides gas boilers and compressed natural gas (CNG) charging services. Its major clients include SK Energy Co. Ltd., S-Oil Corporation, HYUNDAI MOTOR COMPANY, power stations and heating corporations.
