Publication of Annual Financial Statements as at 31 December 2021, Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure and Consolidated non-financial disclosure

Angri, 31st March 2022- La Doria S.p.A. informs that the following documents are available to the public, according to the terms of the applicable regulation, at the Register Office of the Company, on the Company's websitewww.gruppoladoria.it, in the Investor Relations, Corporate Governance and CSR sections, and on the authorized storage mechanism "1INFO" on the websitewww.1info.it:

• - the Annual Financial Statements at 31 December 2021(including the Financial Statements Draft, the Consolidated Financial Statements, the Directors' Report, the Declaration as per Article 81-ter of Consob Regulation No. 11971/99, the External Auditors and the Statutory Auditors Reports),

• - the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure as per Article 123-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/98;

• - the Consolidated non-financial disclosure produced as a separate report from the Financial Statements in accordance with Legislative Decree 254/2016 (2021 Sustainability Report).
