Nexus Group has reached a binding agreement to acquire 20% stake in Intralot de Perú S.A. from Intralot S.A. Integrated Lottery Systems and Services for $21 million

NG Entertainment Peru S.A.C. has reached a binding agreement to acquire 20% stake in Intralot de Perú S.A. (BVL:INTLOTC1) from Intralot S.A. Integrated Lottery Systems and Services (ATSE:INLOT) for $21 million on February 8, 2021. Under the terms of agreement, consideration will be paid in cash and Intralot de Perú S.A is consolidated through the Equity method. The transaction will be fully financed with debt.

Closing of this transaction is subject to the completion of certain condition precedents standard for this kind of transactions. Completion of the transaction is expected to happen by the end of February 2021.
