Lapidoth Israel Oil Prospectors Corp. Ltd. (TASE:LAPD) made an offer to acquire an additional 9.42% stake in Suny Electronic Inc. Ltd. for ILS 9.3 million on September 21, 2015. Lapidoth Israel Oil Prospectors will acquire approximately 3.63 million shares of Suny Electronic at a price of ILS 2.56 per share in a tender offer.

The last date of the offer is October 12, 2015.

The Company, together with its subsidiaries, is focused on the following main segments of activity: International Trade; Distribution of Samsung Mobile Phones; Investments; Oil and Water Drilling, as well as Prospecting and Production of Oil and Gas.
