conversion process and ownership structure
Santiago, Chile, December 7, 2022 - As previously informed, LATAM Airlines Group S.A. has continued to process requests from convertible note holders electing to exercise their right for conversion. As a result, up to November 30, 2022, the following convertible notes have been converted into shares: a 100% of Convertible Notes C, a 99.99% of Convertible Notes B and a 38.97% of Convertible Notes A. Therefore, as a result of the continuing conversions, the Company is able to confirm that a new total share count of 594,197,985,867 shares subscribed as of November 30, 20221.
Additionally, LATAM informs that on November 30, 2022, its ownership structure, based upon the conversion process mentioned above and according to the shareholder registry of the "Depósito Central de Valores" or DCV custodian of LATAM´s shares, is as follows:
