LatAm Autos Limited announced consolidated earnings results for the half year ended June 30, 2017. For the half year, the company achieved sales of AUD 3.0 million compared to AUD 3.9 million a year ago. Loss after providing for income tax amounted to AUD 7.3 million compared to AUD 6.6 million a year ago. The decrease in overall revenue versus pcp was the result of the company's restructure that resulted in the closure of its Argentinian operations first half of 2017 contribution of AUD 0.3 million compared to AUD 1.3 million a year ago. On a proforma consolidated basis revenue grew 4% and EBITDA loss decreased by 12% between first half of 2017 and first half of 2016. Depth products contributed a material proportion of the revenues in first half of 2017 and management is excited by their growth and expects them to be a substantial contributor in second half of 2017. Loss before income tax benefit was AUD 7,383,000 compared to AUD 6,959,000 a year ago. Basic and diluted loss per share was 2.35 cents compared to 2.15 cents a year ago. Net cash used in operating activities was AUD 6,148,000 against AUD 6,441,000 a year ago. Payments for plant and equipment were AUD 14,000 compared to AUD 234,000 a year ago. Payments for intangibles were AUD 578,000 against AUD 849,000 a year ago.
