The principal business of the Company is the identification and evaluation of assets or businesses with a view to completing a qualifying transaction. The Company intends to pursue a qualifying transaction in the mining, technology, or industrial sector. The Company consider acquisitions of assets or businesses operated or located both inside and outside of Canada, as permitted by the CPC Policy. The Company neither engaged in any operations nor generated any revenues.
