CelLink Corporation announced that it has received $250 million in a round of funding led by new investor Whale Rock Capital Management, LLC on February 16, 2022. The transaction included participation from new investor D1 Capital Partners L.P., funds and accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC, Park West Asset Management LLC, Standard Investments LLC, Atreides Management, LP, also included returning investor 3M New Ventures, BMW i Ventures, Inc., Fontinalis Partners, LLC, Franklin Resources, Inc., Lear Corporation, Robert Bosch Venture Capital GmbH and Tinicum Incorporated.
