DEVON, Pa., Jan. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- LECG Corporation (Nasdaq: XPRT) announced today that Alison Davis has been elected as Chairman of the Board of LECG, replacing Garret Bouton who, as previously disclosed, retired on Dec. 2, 2010, the date of the firm's annual shareholder meeting.
