The Company's core products are transducers for measuring electrical parameters like current and voltage, which are used in the industrial, traction, automation and automotive markets. The Company is organized, along with its subsidiaries, into two segments: the Industry segment develops, manufactures and sells electronic components called transducers for the measurement of current and voltage of various industrial applications, and the Automotive segment develops, manufactures and sells transducers for applications in automotive markets. The Companyâs current and voltage transducers are also used in alternating current and direct current (AC/DC) converters, uninterrupted power supply systems for computers, as well as in micro turbines, wind and solar power generation.
