One of the largest essential infrastructure services providers in Australia and New Zealand, Ventia, will move to Lendlease's new integrated station precinct, Victoria Cross, in North Sydney.

Ventia will occupy approximately 3,500 square metres across levels 26 and 27 of the Victoria Cross Tower, the precinct's flagship commercial building currently under construction. Ventia intends to fit-out the modern workplace with a design that will promote collaboration and connection.

Located directly above the new Sydney Metro station, and targeting completion in 2025, Victoria Cross Tower will be a 42-storey commercial building that will accommodate up to 7,000 workers across 58,000sqm of high-tech, flexible, premium grade office space.

Designed by Bates Smart, Victoria Cross Tower will offer customisable floorplates that are designed to maximise natural light and support collaborative working, with the majority of floors also boasting iconic Sydney Harbour, Sydney Harbour Bridge and CBD views.

The precinct will feature new public space and 20 new retail and hospitality brands,14 of which are opening later this year in the concourse and new pedestrian laneway.

At the heart of the precinct, the new pedestrian laneway will provide a hospitality and recreation hotspot, with activity beyond nine to five, anchored by Miller House, a multi-level food and beverage destination.

With the opening of Sydney Metro Victoria Cross station in 2024, the precinct will be one of the most accessible business districts with the increase in connectivity cutting transit times to Barangaroo to three minutes, Martin Place to five minutes and Central Station to nine minutes. This will open entire new talent pools for businesses to access, and new areas of the city brought closer to North Sydney.

Victoria Cross Tower is positioned to be one of North Sydney's most well-connected and sustainable workplaces. It will be net zero carbon and all-electric, powered by 100 per cent renewables and is targeting a Platinum WELL and 6-Star Green Star rating.

Victoria Cross Tower is 25 per cent owned by Lendlease's flagship Australian office fund, APPF Commercial. The fund invests in sustainable, premium precincts that are aligned with the global shift to vibrant and collaborative workplaces.
