Lennar Corporation reported earnings results for the first quarter ended February 29, 2024. For the first quarter, the company reported sales was USD 132.22 million compared to USD 151.14 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 7,312.93 million compared to USD 6,490.43 million a year ago.

Net income was USD 719.33 million compared to USD 596.53 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.57 compared to USD 2.06 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.57 compared to USD 2.06 a year ago.
