Leo Global Logistics Public Company Limited (SET:LEO) agreed to acquire additional 10% stake in Aramex (Thailand) Company Limited from Transpeed Asia Co., Ltd. for THB 12.1 million on November 27, 2023. Leo Global will pay THB 310 per share as consideration. The transaction shall be funded from equity raised through initial public offering and/or the working capital of Leo Global.
The transaction is expected to complete within December 2023.
