Lerthai Group Limited Announces Resignation of Yang Longfei as Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, Member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, Chairman of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee

Lerthai Group Limited announced that due to personal commitments, Mr. Yang Longfei ("Mr. Yang") resigned as the Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, a member of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee, the Chairman of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company all with effect from 9 April 2021.
