SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE PROFIT WARNING

This announcement is made by the board of directors (the "Board") of Lerthai Group Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09(2)(a) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Reference is made to the announcement made by the Company dated 21 August 2020 in relation to the profit warning (the "Announcement"). Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement unless otherwise stated herein.

The board of directors of the Company wishes to supplement the following information to the Announcement.

According to information available to the Company's management, the Group is expected to record a loss within the range of approximately HK$500 million to HK$550 million for 1H2020 as compared with a net profit of approximately HK$60.3 million recorded by the Group for 1H2019.
