APPOINTMENT OF MR. MOOKETSI MAPHANE AS LETLOLE LA RONA LIMITED'S DEPUTY CHAIRPERSON

In line with the Botswana Stock Exchange Listings Requirements ("BSE Listings Requirements"), Unitholders of Letlole La Rona Limited ("LLR" or "the Company") are advised of the following changes to the board of directors of LLR ("the Board").

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mooketsi Maphane as Deputy Chairperson of the Board, effective 21 September 2023.

Mr Maphane was appointed to the Board of the Company in December 2021 as an Independent Non-Executive Director and sits as the Chairperson of the Company's Nominations and Remunerations Committee (NRC).

Mr Maphane holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Springfield College in the USA, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (cum laude) from the Hawaii Pacific University in the USA and is a registered Industrial Psychologist with the Botswana Health Professional Council.

Mr Maphane is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources (HR) industry and management consulting. He is currently the owner and Managing Consultant of MYHRSPACE (PTY) LTD, an HR technology consulting firm dedicated to assisting organisations to reach their potential by using scientifically proven behavioural interventions. He has held various leadership positions, including as Director of Human Resources at the Minet (Aon) Botswana, Orange Botswana, and a stint at Medicines Regulatory Authority (BoMRA) and Director of Human Resources at Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA).

In his new role, Mr Maphane will be responsible for assisting the Chairperson in the overall leadership and governance of LLR.
