Board of Directors appointment

(OTC: LEXTF) has appointed Mr. Richard Graham Walker, Jr. to its board of directors and to the audit committee. Mr. Walker is a Certified Professional Geologist, a member of the American Institute of Professional Geologists and a member of the Geological Society of Nevada. He is an independent director.
