The Company and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in the transportation business and the container depot services business. The Transportation Business provides domestic and cross-border International Organization for Standardization (ISO) tank and container transportation services for various petrochemical products, base oils, bitumen and bulk cargo to its customers in Singapore and Malaysia. The Container Depot Services Business provides container storage, container surveying, container cleaning, container repair and maintenance services for general purpose and refrigerated containers to its customers in Singapore, Thailand and Myanmar. It also provides transportation services for all types of cargo and container depot management services to key industry sectors, including ISO tank operation, chemicals, gas, semiconductor, and pharmaceutical manufactures.
