Li Peng Enterprise Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 6,489.05 million compared to TWD 7,274.21 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 42.6 million compared to net loss of TWD 53.99 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.05 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.06 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.05.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 22,543.32 million compared to TWD 21,383.72 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 165.14 million compared to net income of TWD 249.86 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.19 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.29 a year ago.
Li Peng Enterprise Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of textile products. The Company is involved in the manufacture of nylon filaments, nylon chips and weaving fabrics. Its weaving fabric products include fabrics for trousers, nylon fabrics, fabrics for home decoration, shade fabrics, fire-proof fabrics, Lycra fabrics, superfine fiber fabrics, twisted fabrics and fabrics for industrial leather bags, among others. The Company also provides dyeing services and coating services, among others. The Company operates businesses in domestic and overseas markets, including Japan, Turkey and Brazil, among others.
