UPC Holding B.V. (UPC Holding), UPC Slovakia Holding I B.V. (UPC Slovakia), UPC Poland Holding B.V. (UPC Poland) and Liberty Global Finance II (UK) Limited (LG Finance II) are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Liberty Global plc (Liberty Global). UPC Holding and its subsidiaries, UPC Slovakia and its subsidiaries, UPC Poland and its subsidiaries and LG Finance II (collectively, the UPC Holding Group) are presented on a combined basis in the financial report of the UPC Holding Group.
