Life Intelligent Enterprise Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:5856) agreed to acquire Elmore Meat, K.K. from Toshiaki Suzuki on March 31, 2021. As of June 30, 2020, Elmore had net assets of ¥2 million and total assets of ¥480 million. For the year ended June 30, 2020, Elmore generated revenue of ¥2.1 billion. Board of Directors of Life Intelligent Enterprise approved the transaction. Transaction is expected to complete on April 1, 2021.
