Material Fact

Light S.A. - In Judicial Reorganization ("Light") (B3: LIGT3; ADR I: LGSXY), Light Serviços de Eletricidade S.A. ("Light SESA") e Light Energia S.A. ("Light Energia", jointly with Light SESA, the "Subsidiaries, and jointly with Light and Light SESA, the "Companies"), hereby inform their shareholders and the market in general that Light's Board of Directors, at a meeting held on this date, approved the beginning of a transition period, whereby Mr. Octavio Cortes Pereira Lopes will leave his duties at the Companies as soon as the ongoing financial restructuring is completed, or on December 31, 2023, whichever occurs first ("Transition Period"); and Mr. Alexandre Nogueira Ferreira, the Company's Regulation and Institutional Relations Officer, will replace Mr. Pereira Lopes in the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company and in his other positions in the Light Group after the Transition Period.

The Companies will keep their shareholders and the market informed regarding the matters covered by this Material Fact.
