Linde announced today that its Board of Directors has elected Paula Rosput Reynolds as a new Linde Director effective February 27, 2024. Paula Rosput Reynolds will serve on the Audit and Sustainability Committees.
Paula Rosput Reynolds is a seasoned energy executive who brings extensive knowledge and global experience to Linde's Board of Directors, the company says.
Over the course of her career, she has held a number of executive positions, including CEO of Duke Energy Power Services, President and CEO of AGL Resources, President and CEO of Safeco Corporation and Vice President and Chief Restructuring Officer at AIG.
She is currently President and CEO of PreferWest LLC, a business consulting firm.
