The transaction included participation for preference shares from SBI Investment Co., Ltd., Mitsubishi UFJ Capital Co., Ltd., Golden Asia Fund Venture Ltd., returning investors, Mizuho Capital Co., Ltd., Mynavi Corporation, and Link and Motivation Inc..
