Listed Index Fund Japan High Dividend (TSE Dividend Focus 100) (the Fund) is an index-based exchange-traded fund (ETF) in Japan. The Fund is an open-end stock investment fund with an indefinite term of the project. The investment objective of the Fund is to provide investment results that generally correspond to the price and yield performance of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) Dividend Focus 100. The Fund invests in the component stocks and real estate investment trust stock of TSE Dividend Focus 100, and intends to construct and maintain the portfolio, which is similar in composition to the TSE Dividend Focus 100. The asset manager of the Fund is Nikko Asset Management Co., Ltd.
