Lotte Shopping Co., Ltd. provides consolidated and non- consolidated earnings guidance for the fourth quarter and year to date of 2011. For the quarter, the company expects consolidated sales to be KRW 5,873,628 million, operating income to be KRW 426,089 million, profit before income tax was KRW 508,594 million, profit to be KRW 270,581 million, total comprehensive income to be KRW 6,065,633 million. On non- consolidated basis, sales to be KRW 4,046,813 million, operating income to be KRW 344,196 million and total comprehensive income to be KRW 4,219,150 million.
For the year to date, the company expects consolidated sales to be KRW 22,253,088 million, operating income to be KRW 1,665,708 million, profit before income tax was KRW 1,560,809 million, profit to be KRW 1,016,986 million, total comprehensive income to be KRW 22,981,398 million. On non- consolidated basis, sales to be KRW 15,181,722 million, operating income to be KRW 1,232,373 million and total comprehensive income to be KRW 15,803,849 million.

The Super segment is engaged in the operation of supermarkets and the rental of real estate. The Home Shopping segment mainly engages in home shopping and e-commerce business through Internet shopping mall and mobile. The Other segment engages in the businesses including the sale of cosmetics, food and other consumer goods, the operation of movie theaters and others.
