NCF Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue 5,821,300 common shares at a price of KRW 8,592 per common share for gross proceeds of KRW 50,016,609,600 on November 15, 2023. This has been approved in the board of directors of the company. The company will receive the money in tranches.
The first tranche is expected to close on December 20, 2023, and second tranche is expected to close by August, 2024
