Rating Agency «Expert RA» confirmed its ruA credit rating of LSR Group's bonds 15 September 2022

PJSC LSR Group («LSR» or the «Company») (MOEX: LSRG), one of the leading real estate developers and building materials producers in Russia, today announces that the Rating Agency «Expert RA» confirmed the credit rating of LSR Group's exchange-traded bonds of the Series 001Р-04, 001Р-05, 001Р-06 and 001Р-07 at the ruA level.

Expert RA based its rating analysis on the Bank of Russia's data, PJSC LSR Group's information, as well as the data of Expert RA JSC. The rating agency gave a positive assessment of the Company's moderately high degree of creditworthiness and its financial reliability and stability.
