LSR : completed the construction of houses for Sosva residents

In just four months, LSR Group (the largest construction holding in Russia) built 34 houses of cottage type for residents of the village affected by the spring fire.

In May 2023, the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region asked LSR Group for help to restore the village of Sosva, where a terrible fire occurred.

"We were faced with an important task: to move people, whose houses were burned down in a fire, before the cold weather, and we accomplished it," says Vladimir Kritsky, a member of the LSR Group Management Board. - Residents have already received the keys to the new cottages and have begun to settle in.

Overall, the company built 34 cottages ranging from 42 to 90 square meters (excluding the attic floor - a summer room, which the new owners can make warm if desired). The inside of each property has a high-quality turnkey finishing with all the necessary plumbing; a heating boiler and water heater are installed, and the kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with oven. In addition, the company drilled the wells on the sites for residents and installed the autonomous sewerages.

The products for the construction of cottages were manufactured at the LSR Group reinforced concrete plant and installed at construction sites in Sosva in record time. The house boxes were constructed in just 4 hours, after which the builders began installing the roof, electrical wiring, plumbing and then proceeded to finishing.
