Subject : Resignation of CEO and appointment the Senior Advisor

The board meeting of M.C.S. Steel Public Company Limited (MCS) No.4/2022 have approved the resolutions are as details;
Acknowledge to the resignation of Dr.Naiyuan Chi from Chief Executive Officer effective on August 31, 2022 onwards. And at present Dr.Naiyuan Chi is still as Chairman of Board Director.
Since September 2022 after resignation of Dr.Naiyuan Chi from Chief Executive Officer, the company will eliminate position of Chief Executive Officer, Instead management by Managing director together with three other deputy managing directors as a new management approach .
Appointed Dr.Naiyuan Chi as Senior Advisor effective from September 1, 2022 for a period of 3 years.
Scope of work
Conducting training with company designated next generation personals for the first year
Conducting survey on market at Japan and China as a necessity for this company
Provide advice and recommendation on company policy for future growth and necessary preparation for Management Committee and Board Director
Monthly visit to China and Japan or other place deem
Arrangement for subsidiaries company in abroad
We all known well . The further of any company depended on young generation , No difference for MCS Although, it has been a bit late but still better stated from today, company then will be handled by much younger management
Dr. Naiyuan Chi 's resignation from the only position of Chief Executive Officer Currently, he is still the chairman and senior advisor as requested by the Board of Director. He will continue to participate in the formulation of policies and management guidelines for the new generation of executives.
Our Thai facility is now in much better position than 10,20 years ago , but our facilities at Xiamen and Japan still require further effort to create advantage as to be competitive in next 5-10 years
However , which unfortunately has been distributed during COVID -19. Therefore , His effort will be concentrated more to make it happen.
