M31 Technology Corporation Announces Resignation of Cheng-Wen Wu as Member of the Audit Committee,And the Remuneration Committee, and the Nomination Committee

M31 Technology Corporation announced that Independent Director Cheng-Wen Wu will assume Minister of NFCT, following his expected resignation from his roles as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and as a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee of M31 on May 19, 2024.
