Annual General Meeting Results
The Directors of MacPhersons Resources Limited (ASX: MRP) are pleased to advise in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and Section 251AA of the Corporations Act, details of the resolutions and proxies received for the Annual General Meeting held on 24 November 2016.
All resolutions were passed on a show of hands, including Resolution 5 which was passed as a special resolution. Proxies received were as follows:

MacPhersons Resources Limited is a resource company with various advanced gold, silver and zinc exploration projects. The Company's principal activities include exploration and evaluation of various mineral exploration projects, and precious and base metal exploration. It operates through the mineral exploration sector in Australia. It focuses on developing its Nimbus-Boorara silver-zinc-gold projects consisting of 205 square kilometers of continuous tenements. Its Boorara Gold Project is located approximately one kilometer south-west of its Nimbus Project, which is located 10 kilometers east of Kalgoorlie's Super Pit gold mine. The Boorara Gold project area includes 20 kilometers of strike length on the Boorara Shear Zone that includes mines, such as Kanowna Belle and Golden Ridge. The mineral resource is sourced from three pits: Northern, Crown Jewel and Southern pits. The Boorara tenements cover gold mining sites of the Boorara, Crown Jewel, Cataract and North Golden Ridge mines.
