Magnus Energy Announces Resignation of Winston Milner as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Nominating Committee and Member of Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee

The Board of Directors of Magnus Energy Group Ltd. announced that Mr. Winston Milner has resigned as the Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 26 March 2022. Following his resignation, he will cease to be the Chairman of the Nominating Committee (NC) and a member of the Audit Committee ("AC") and Remuneration Committee ("RC") with effect from 26 March 2022.
