ANNOUNCEMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS
PAYMENT OF SUPPLEMENTARY DIVIDENDS
We inform to the Company's Shareholders that the Annual General Meeting deliberated on this date the payment of Dividends, being distributed as the following terms:
Remaining mandatory minimum dividends (reference year - 2022):
In the amount of R$ 32,245,101.21, corresponding to R$ 0.251316164 per ordinary share;
The dividends shall be paid on May 26, 2023, not subject to withholding income tax, in accordance with the Law 9,249/95, article 10,
Considering the record date, that is, April 27, 2023.
Date "Ex- dividends": as from April 28, 2023, the Company shares shall be traded "ex dividends".
Supplementary cash dividends (reference year - 2022):
In the amount of R$ 244,133,918.04, corresponding to R$ 1.902687663 per ordinary share;
The dividends shall be paid on May 26, 2023, not subject to withholding income tax, in accordance with the Law 9,249/95, article 10,
Considering the record date, that is, April 27, 2023.
Date "Ex- dividends": as from April 28, 2023, the Company shares shall be traded "ex dividends".
Proposed additional dividends on remaining earnings from the previous year (reference year - 2019):
In the amount of R$ 175,570,632.60, corresponding to R$ 1.368347636 per ordinary share.
The dividends shall be paid on May 26, 2023, not subject to withholding income tax, in accordance with the Law 9,249/95, article 10,
Considering the record date, that is, April 27, 2023.
Date "Ex- dividends": as from April 28, 2023, the Company shares shall be traded "ex dividends".

Mahle Metal Leve SA is a Brazil-based company primarily engaged in the automotive engine parts manufacture. The Companyâs activities are divided into two business segments: Engine components and Filter. The Engine components division produces parts for internal combustion engines and automotive vehicles, such as rings, sensors, rockers, rods, crank arms, bushes, cylinder sleeves, bearing covers, rocker assemblies, crowns, injectors, synchromesh hubs, universal joints, shafts, gears, guides and valve seats, pistons, water and oil pump impellers, gudgeon pins and pulleys.
