Main Street Capital Corporation Announces Resignation of Kay Matthews as Member of the Board of Directors

Effective March 20, 2023, Kay Matthews resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Main Street Capital Corporation and its committees. Ms. Matthews also withdrew as a director-nominee for election at Main Street's 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on May 1, 2023 (including any adjournments or postponements thereof, the “Annual Meeting”).
