GO p.l.c. (MTSE:GO) agreed to spin-off Malta Properties Limited on July 22, 2015. All GO shareholders will receive exactly the same number of shares in the new entity as they currently own in GO. The two companies will now be listed separately.
The expectation is that the company listing will take place before the end of 2015 and that it will continue to be led by Nikhil Patil, the Chief Executive Officer of Go. As of October 22, 2015, GO announced a dividend for its shareholders.
