Availability of the information for the Ordinary General Meeting of December 21, 2020 - Article 221-1-j of the AMF (French authority for financial markets) general regulation

An Ordinary General Meeting of Manitou BF will be held on December 21, 2020, at the company's head office: 430 rue de l'Aubinière 44150 Ancenis-Saint Géréon.

The prior notice of meeting including the agenda and draft resolutions was published in the BALO of November 16, 2020 and the notice of meeting will be published in the BALO of December 4, 2020.

The preparatory documents for the Meeting set out in Article R. 225-73-1 of the French Commercial Code are online and can be downloaded from the Company's website: ​www.manitou-group.com(under the Investors / Shareholders' Meetings section).

In accordance with Article R. 225-89 of the French Commercial Code, the full text of the documents to be presented at the Meeting, in accordance with Articles L. 225-115 and R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code, will be made available at the Company's registered office at 430 rue de l'Aubinière, 44150 Ancenis-Saint Géréon, France, as of the date of publication of the notice of Meeting.

In addition, as of the date of the notice of meeting, shareholders may request the Company to send them the documents and information referred to in Articles R. 225-81 and R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code, up to and including the fifth day before the meeting, by mail to Manitou BF, Legal Department, 430, rue de l'Aubinière, BP 10249, 44158 Ancenis cedex. For holders of bearer shares, the exercise of this right is subject to the provision of a certificate of participation in the bearer securities accounts held by the authorized intermediary.
