SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT ON

CHANGE IN TERMS OF PREVIOUSLY GRANTED SHARE OPTIONS

Reference is made to the announcement of ManpowerGroup Greater China Limited (the "Company") dated 9 April 2021 with respect to change of the vesting date of certain share options previously granted on 8 April 2020 (the "Proposed Amendment"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the said announcement.

The Company would like to further announce that the Proposed Amendment shall be subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company by virtue of note (2) to Rule 17.03(18) of the Listing Rules. An ordinary resolution will be proposed at the 2021 annual general meeting (the "2021 AGM") to be convened by the Company on Tuesday, 29 June 2021 to approve the Proposed Amendment. A circular containing, among other things, details of the Proposed Amendment together with the notice convening the 2021 AGM will be despatched to the Shareholders in due course.

Save as disclosed herein, all other contents of the said announcement remain unchanged.
