ANNOUNCEMENT

APPOINTMENT OF A MEMBER TO THE AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE

28 March 2019 - Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd. (the "Manager"), as the Manager of Mapletree Industrial Trust ("MIT"), wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Pok Soy Yoong as a Member of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 1 April 2019.
