ANNOUNCEMENT

COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF A COLD STORAGE FACILITY IN MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA

Further to its press release dated 13 August 2021, Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd., as manager (the "Manager") of Mapletree Logistics Trust ("MLT"), wishes to announce that the acquisition of a cold storage facility located at 5-17 Leslie Road and 6-10 Pipe Road in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, has been completed today.

Following this acquisition, MLT's portfolio has increased to 165 properties comprising 52 properties in Singapore, 9 in Hong Kong SAR, 18 in Japan, 30 in China, 13 in Australia, 15 in Malaysia, 19 in South Korea, 7 in Vietnam and 2 in India. The total value of assets under management is approximately S$10.96 billion.
