Marco Holdings Berhad announced the appointment of Aminuddin Yusof Lana as Independent & Non Executive Director on November 11, 2014. He had previously served as Director and later Managing Director of Renong Berhad from 1990 to 1994 and as Director and Group Managing Director of Faber Group Berhad from 1990 to 1994. He was the Managing Director of Metacorp Berhad from 1995 to 1996.
He was also the Managing Director of UEM Builders Berhad from 2000 to 2003.
