For the year quarter end, the company expects to pay dividend of JPY 18.00 per share against JPY 14.00 share a year ago.

The Company is engaged in the manufacture of vacuum chambers and electrodes used in flat panel display (FPD) manufacturing equipment and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The products include semiconductor manufacturing equipment related parts, FPD manufacturing equipment related parts, and other equipment parts. The semiconductor manufacturing equipment parts are vacuum parts for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and inspection equipment. The FPD manufacturing equipment parts are vacuum devices for manufacturing equipment apparatus and inspection apparatus used in liquid crystal and organic electro luminescence (EL).
