Stathera Announces the Appointment of Industry Veteran Dr. Sehat Sutardja to its Board of Directors

MONTREAL - Stathera Inc., a leading provider of MEMS (Micro-electromechanical Systems) timing solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Sehat Sutardja to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Dr. Sutardja is the co-founder and former-CEO of Marvell Technology. Under his stewardship, Marvell achieved remarkable profitability, marked by its successful IPO in 2000. Dr. Sutardja's transformative leadership catapulted Marvell into the echelons of top global semiconductor companies, generating billions annually in revenue. With an impressive portfolio boasting over 440 patents, Dr. Sutardja is recognized as a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
