Marvell Technology, Inc. (NasdaqGS:MRVL) entered into an definitive agreement to acquire Tanzanite Silicon Solutions, Inc. on May 9, 2022. The transaction is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including approval by Tanzanite's shareholders. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of the current fiscal year.
