Mary Chia Holdings Limited announced that Ms Gn Jong Yuh Gwendolyn (Yin Zhongyu Gwendolyn) ("Ms Gn") is stepping down as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of Remuneration Committee on 29 February 2024 to pursue other interests. Following Ms Gn's cessation, she will also cease to be a member of the Audit and Nominating Committees.
